I Love You More... (Part 1)

Priorities..

"Its not about 'having' time. Its about 'making' time."

He rested his chin on her shoulder and snaked his arms around her stomach, hugging her for behind.
She just sat there staring at the same old movie they have been watching. She was upset. He could tell with the way she slided a bit away from him and the way she ignored him. It frustrates him when she does that, he wished she would be angry with him. He hated her silence.

Sighing he turned her around and sat her on his lap. Holding her small face between his rough hand, he stared into her eyes and softly whispered "i love you".

She lowered her head and tried to get up from his lap. Stopping her he pulled her into one for his famous bone crushing hugs. Holding her closed to him he thought back to what he did.

He was angry with himself for avoiding her. He was so caught up in his work he completed forgot about their plans and to top that of he didn't even inform her, not until a day later. She had been so worried. They had been planning this weekend for quite some time. They needed time for them. He knew he did wrong and he was ready to make things right again.

He held her chin and whispered "im sorry". When she started to lower her head he stopped her and said "No please just hear me out. I'm really sorry that i blew you of, it's just that i have been having some problems with my clients for sometime know. And that day i was just finishing my work, to come home earlier to surprise you but Andy called at the last minute for a meeting".

"Alright" she said with a small smile.

One word answer meant she was still upset. According to him, she is never upset for little things. Few things put her off. He knew how to bring her out of it.

"Listen to me okey. I love you and I'm sorry. More sorry than you can ever know. Work is no excuse for blowing you off. You are my number one priority. You are more important to me then anything in this whole wide world. Starting from tomorrow I'm taking off from work. We'll do all the things on our list. Just you and me." He looked at her with so much love in his eyes.

"You don't have to, just because I'm sad." She softly whispered staring into his eyes.

"I don't have to, but i want to. I want this to work. I want to show you that you are more important to me that anything." He said honestly.

She smiled, "I love you".

Pulling her to him, he tightly wrapped his arms around her and whispered into her ears, "I love you too."

Letting go..

What do you do to get over someone? You just decide to do and do it, just like that? Every time your heart tells you to do something after that do you just go the opposite way? Will I'll ever be able to forget the scent of his brown hair, the feel of his cold ears and the warmth of his back? Will all of it, all of it just disappear? Even this pain in my heart? Will it ever.... Will it ever disappear without leaving a trace?

Why you do this to me?

How to love someone?

I don't know how to love someone. I have done my research and i have seen people in love. I have seen couples going on dates, buying expensive gifts for each other, posting pictures on social media, going to movies and restaurants, celebrating each others birthdays and anniversaries more grand then the last, saying i love you over and over again. And i have seen couples just spending time together, holding hands, forehead kisses, giving love letters to each other, caring for each other, making them priority. So how do you really show someone you love them? By showering them with money and catering to their every whim? Or by just being there and loving them?

Here is what i think loving someone means. Showing someone that you love them is never hard, its not about money or how much material things you can give them, its not about sex or kisses. Loving someone is all about little things. When you love someone you make them your number one priority. Its not just for good time but in bad time too. They never should fight for your attention, its their for the taking. When you love someone you care for them not just physically but mentally too. You need to love them with all their flaws and imperfections. When you love someone you protect them from everything even from themself. You build their self-esteem, their confidence, their believes, their courage. You tell them that they can do it because you believe in them, its human nature to doubt ourselfs, but everyone needs someone to let them know that they can do it. You don't tell them to give up thats like letting them fall, but when you love someone you always catch them, you encourage them to be better to do better. 

When you love someone you start to really know them, you know what they like, what makes them happy and what make them sad, you know what triggers their anger, you know what their anger means, you know when they are sad or hurt even without them telling you, you know when something is bothering them. And when you know all this you don't ignore it. You talk to them, if you made a mistake you apologize without a second though because their happiness is more important then your ego, if you know they are sad you drop everything and make them happy because they are your priority and their smile means more to you then your work or your time or you yourself. If you know whats bothering them you solve it, you help them, you make things right for them.

You don't always have to say out loud that you love them. I love you, these are just 3 little words. Always remember action speaks louder then words. You don't just talk the talk but rather walk the walk. Remember loving is all about little things. Its not about buying expensive gifts, a simple rose or a chocolate or any thoughtful thing can make their day. Its about proving that you love them rather then just saying it. It may seem loving someone is very hard but trust me when you really love them, when you know they are the 'one' for you. All of these things come as easily as breathing. You accept them and they accept you. You make things work even when they seem impossible. You both work for it. I don't know how to love someone. All these are just my believes. For me this is what loving someone means. This is how i want to be loved someday.
